My screening is non-negotiable:

​

Option #1:

 A photo of your government-issued ID, a selfie, and proof of employment (such as Linkedin, professional website with your full name on it, email sent to me from your professional email, pay stub, or a tax form such as a W2.)

​

Option #2:

2 references from 2 reputable providers (please include their name, contact info, & site or ad.)

 

Option #3:

A message from your p411 profile (mine is P311096) with 2 okays from the last 6 months.

C o n d i t i o n s

 

• I require a 25% deposit for all appointments.

• ​​Our appointment starts at our pre-determined time, regardless of tardiness. 

• ​​I accept cash and Venmo. 

• Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur a $100 fee if you wish to reschedule. 

• If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, our appointment will be canceled and I will not see you again.

• Last-minute cancellations (within two hours of our appointment time) will also result in me not seeing you again.

A: Yes, I don't discriminate based off of these characteristics.
